About Me

I created Remembering What Matters Most with the intention of supporting, educating and inspiring women to live in health and according to the Truth of who they are. In so doing, we create a world worth living in for All.

With that said, I am a Certified Holistic Health Counselor, Professional-Level Kripalu Yoga Teacher, Shamanic Practitioner and Journeydance Guide. I am trained in Somatics, Energy Medicine, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, hold a Masters in Counseling Psychology and am trained and educated at the doctoral level in Clinical Psychology.

I love to learn, write, be in the woods, make medicine, cook, create life-affirming curriculum and collaborate with others around what it means to be human in more healthy, connected, visionary and uplifting ways.

My first book, Trusting Your Body: The Embodied Journey of Claiming Sacred Responsibility for Your Health & Well-Being is available at Bookshop.org & Amazon.

I Believe That…

✯      You are your own best healer and that who you are and how you live matters.

✯ Personal health is a sacred responsibility and the foundation for collective health.

✯ The challenges we face now individually and collectively are a gift wrapped in possibility.

✯ Good Medicine always begins with each one of us.

✯ Claiming bodily sovereignty is a necessary and revolutionary act.

✯ It takes great courage and commitment to change. The choice to do so is the greatest gift you will give to yourself and the greatest contribution you will ever make to the world.

✯ Valuing your own life is to value all Life.

✯ Real health and healing is a way of being and living that honors real human needs and the preciousness of your life.

✯ And I believe that our bodies are wise, everything is connected and that to know our bodies is to know ourselves.
